hello curently i live in usa and im working with fusioncash im us citizen my question is can i keep working with fusioncash if i moved to united arab emarate and receive money by paypal since im us citizen ?

I would imagine that you can not use FC in the UAE. I believe the Terms of Service says you must reside in either the United States or in Canada.

no, Fusion Cash is only open to those persons living in the United States and Canada.

That is my understanding, too.  Regardless of your citizenship, you must RESIDE in the US or Canada.  Therfore, for example, Italian citizens living in the US are eligble.  US citizens living in Italy are not.
