Explore The Web Videos

Well, this is strange but I am one of the few members who could no longer access the Explore The Web Videos.  I could click on but would get the message that there were no offers for me and this happened day after day for weeks. This was when I was using Chrome. Yesterday, I tried using Safari and would you believe, I was able to access and view the Explore The Web Videos. Ditto, today. This is also true of another site that offers Explore The Web Videos.

i had that No more Offers video for 3 days but today, everything was okay and back to normal. it could be that you were hitting the videos at the wrong time?  When it happened to me, I only need a penny to qualify for PTC. how frustrating is thta? :(

I use IE mostly for those and they work fine, but HYPRMX wont work with IE.

I tried these on Chrome this morning and got the no offers for you. I then, immediately, switched to Safari and was able to view these videos three different times. Same thing happened with a. completely different site that I am on.

I have had similar things happen when I use Safari. That is why I switch to Chrome for some of these offers. This is sort of a reversal where these videos are no longer working on Chrome but on Safari. Usually it is the other way around.

I've been using only chrome for the last few years, and I've always had those available. I clean out my cookies daily.

I have not had a problem with the Explore The Web videos.  I hate that they cut down on the number of Explore the Web videos because they are so easy to do.

It is weird. I have a Mac and maybe that is why I can now only view these videos in Safari. This is all new. usually it is the other way around. I often use Chrome because Safari does not allow me to access or does not credit.

I find this happens on a number of these types of sites.  But I have found a solution that works for me.  I have downloaded a FREE and SAFE app called CCleaner.  It clears the browser cache and cookies.  I like it because I can clean all of my browsers at once AND choose what it clears.  I run it about every 2 weeks (or when I start getting a lot of those messages).  I even find that after I run it, I get more video and survey offers listed on the various reward sites I frequent.

This is true!  I use CCleaner on my PC.  It is a must if you work these sites.  When we had the 'year of Hipmunk,' an online travel search site that paid 35¢ every 24 hours as offered on FusionCash, you knew how important CCleaner was to clearing cookies/cache in order to get the offer to credit.  It's free and it's fast.  I didn't know there was an app.  Thanks for the info.

I got those messages off and on for a while. There is now I believe only 3 of them available each day now. I wish they would come back and have a lot again.
