I will never get "rich" because i don't go to McD.

Nor do I   - 7 plus years i have not, and have not been in a target since the breach and have not been in a Walmart in 7 1/2 years !!

Love the Walmart in my area, still sells firearms and that's where I get my 9MM Winchester for a decent price...got nice Generals tires there for "Fred" at $125 apiece on sale...got 2 Walmarts close by but only go the gun one...almost worked there a few months ago.

Not saying I wouldn't go to a Wal-mart,  I get lost in big stores too much to look at...  and there is Bunches sitting in a running truck in the lot.  And its more fun going with someone to carry my stuff !  They got great deal 4-sure !

When I go to any restaurant I always order unsweet tea and about 25% of the time they bring me sweet tea.. Nasty, nasty, nasty!! But I see no reason to sue over it. LOL

i dont think i would sue i would just give it to my husband..i can't have dairy as i am allergic..i carry an epipen...it has happened and i have asked for another without and they made it for me..hamburger is the only thing i can eat at mcdonalds..so becasue of my allergy i avoid a lot of restaurants now..

Why is it always McDonald's that gets hit with these wacky law suits? I never heard of Burger King getting sued for such odd things.

This is so stupid.  Take the quarter pounder back to the counter and ask for another one without cheese.  People are being sued for everything now.  It is getting out of hand.

I find it hard to believe that 1/4 of the time they bring you sweet tea.  I worked in a restaurant years ago and don't think I ever messed that up.

That's totally absurd. I can't believe they won their case for getting cheese on a burger. That's completely crazy.
