Do you buy/wear jeans that are ripped?

These jeans are so expensive in the store. If I wanted to wear ripped jeans I would go to a thrift store and buy a $3-4 pair and put holes in it.

I had jeans they called shot gun jeans , someone did shoot them ! were kinda cool looking 

I showed horses for many years  the western show jeans are super expensive.

I don't wear ripped jeans, some big women wear them, but I don't. Even if I wasn't, I still wouldn't wear them.

If my jeans are ripped, it's because I've worn them to death. 

Nothing against faux ripping, distressing, ageing, etc but I generally buy my jeans with a dark wash and age 'em myself.

I prefer my clothes to look new if I'm going to pay a new clothing price. Guess I'm slipping into the "older" generation now. Never saw the point in buying clothes that look like what I throw out for being worn out.

I personally cannot see paying good money for something that looks half destroyed, but that's just me.

Since jeans are "work" pants, I don't wear them anymore.
