O.K. we need a fresh post?  Here's a great verse - 1 Peter 2:21 ...Christ suffered for you, leaving a model for you to follow his steps closely.

That's a good one, don't you think, Latch,hitch?  We are admonished to follow the steps of Christ by carefully studying his life and how he treated people. 

Jesus was always kind and patient with all people.  He never showed disrespect toward anyone. 

Now that's a great model to follow, wouldn't you agree, Latch,hitch?

I was asked a silly question why Jehovahs witness isnt in the bible.Hopefully those of you that visit this topic with good intent are not as foolish as the person asking that question.But this might help those of you that have the right heart condition.Also  remember the foolish one asking the question was asking for the wrong reason.God is not one to be mocked.Whatever one sows is what they will reap.

Precisely what Jesus taught his followers.Testimony is another word for witness.

They've followed the movement of Charles Taze Russell, which began as an end times cult and are no different than any other cult which deceives their followers with false theology, like Mormonism & Islam. 

Here are some bible verses- not just for Sunday, but everyday- that will put things into better perspective.

2 Peter 3:15-18
 Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him.
He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

Therefore, dear friends, since you have been forewarned, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from your secure position.  But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

Mark 13:21-23

At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘Look, there he is!’ do not believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.  So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time.


Revelations 22:18-19

 I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll.
 And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll.


And perhaps the most important verse in this case-

2 John 7-10

 I say this because many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.  Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.  Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.  If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take them into your house or welcome them. Anyone who welcomes them shares in their wicked work.

By all means, Christians should go to church and be useful members of the Body of Christ. But be sure you are part of the Body of Christ and not following man made teaching, tainted with corruption & falsehood-as The Watchtower has done.

Always remember the all important question from Matt 16:15  “But what about you?” Jesus asked. “Who do you say I am?”

The answer is important because your eternal salvation depends on it. Do you believe Jesus Christ is the Messiah, Son of the Living God, as Peter declared and as Scripture declares? Or do you believe He's a junior partner in creation- a mere created being as the Jehovah Witnesses & The Watchtower teaches?

  Remember what I quoted from 2 Peter?

Compare the above Scripture after it has been corrupted to fit the Watchtower's distorted beliefs with the actual unaltered verse from the bible:

The word "Other" is inserted no less than 5 times in this passage alone by the Watchtower in order to demote Christ to little more than a junior partner in creation. An Angel. A created being. This Jesus believed on by the Watchtower cannot save you. Only the sinless, spotless Lamb of God, who was with God from the beginning & was God, who came to us, lived the perfect life for us, suffered torture more than the cumulative suffering of all mankind, died for us and rose again on the 3rd day in His own body- only this Jesus from scripture can save you. Accept Him into your heart.

Jesus had righteous anger when others turned his fathers temple into a flea market.

Idolatry literally means the worship of an "idol", also known as a worship cult image, in the form of a physical image, such as a statue. In Abrahamic religions, namely Christianity, Islam and Judaism, idolatry connotes the worship of something or someone other than God as if it were God.

So remember when you wear that cross around your neck or bow down to it You are worshipping something the Romans used to  execute Jesus.

Why dont you just get a replica of an atom bomb that wiped out 2 cities and it helped GET your FREEDOM from WWII.

Wearing a cross is not the same thing as WORSHIPING it. It has symbolic meaning as well as identifying each others as Believers.
