Anyone ever take that "Lipozene"?
Been thinking about trying it but once I tried some diet stuff and thought my heart was gonna jump out of my chest...made my scalp tingle too..

This keto diet is a breeze ... but you got to cork the bottle too!  I like drinking beer on the deck when its hot !  I started the diet 2 weeks ago lost 11 pounds   but i have not cheated once ..
don't take them diet pills they never work.

I bet that diet stuff that you tried had some of the same ingredients in it.... energy boosters.  Interesting.
