How long will it last?

I have been building a channel on YouTube and doing a lot of research on how to get noticed. I was told that if you do just a few things to get ranked on YouTube, it would also get you ranked on Google, so I decided to give it a try.

The object was to make your keyword phrase, video title and file name, thumbnail file name, video description and tags all start with the same phrase. So since there are a lot of people looking for more traffic, I picked Traffic Exchange Tip.

Sure enough, in a very short time I did a search for that phrase and it was #1 on Google with my thumbnail image showing to attract attention.

Needless to say, I am going to be doing this from now on, even if it only lasts a few days.

That's good for you! You must have the time to spend on putting videos on YouTube. Glad that you found some joy in attracting people to your video posts!

If you have always wanted to do something like that, I would be very interested in what is holding you back. Once you have done a few, making videos is not that time consuming and can be accomplished with free tools found online.

As far as it working, it's far too early to tell. I am mostly working on outside websites to attract visitors and subscribers by leaving little hints on how they can find me (like I did here) and that is a slow process.

I am retired with nowhere to go and all day to get there, so I think patience will pay off in the long run.

Like many online websites, there are ways to put the fun back in with outside the box thinking.
