Better to burn threw it the way you are , than how i did from a spider bite !  I've spent over 100k on my leg, to save it .  I sold my farm to save my leg.

I just couldn't deal with that, took 6 years to get this fixed , the stinger was in my leg and no one knew, it made its way threw to the other side , and its been fine now for 7 months

I lost half my calf to them cutting  it away , it used to hurt that nothing would dull it but shots.
i was using a walker all the time ,  now i'm working on getting back in shape and seems to be getting better every day , i'd not done flights of steps in 4 years ,  i'm getting up and down steps as well now , ... little bug .. go figure

I got classified as disabled with it as well,  i can hunt from my truck seeing as i can't really walk that good and i can hunt with a cross bow as well, and in MN you get free Lic  game and fishing if you have the blue sticker !   Sucks big time  but i'm convinced i'll over come it !
