at this point in my life everything........

I am concerned about my parents.  Dad is 91.  He has prostrate cancer which has spread up his spine. He is coming to accept that he won't be long on the earth.  Hospice care will start soon.
Mom is 87.  Cancer has returned to her for the 3rd time in her life.  It is around her urethra.  She doesn't know if there is a treatment plan for her.

I don't usually worry about things and I'm not so sure that worry is what I feel now.  Maybe I'm a little anxious because on Tuesday I am having a total knee replacement on my left knee.

From the time I wake up I worry about every little thing ugh...HELP, how do I STOP worrying?....my middle name is worry ….My son is and officer I worry will he come home tonight?...I haven't seen my daughter in years I worry will I ever again?...I just worry worry worry

I worry about a lot of things ! Like bills, birthday, my kids, birthday, things like that

No worries should define you. Worrying will only cause sickness. All the bills will always be there but you always find a way to pay them monthly. That's how I see it. Not worrying makes you feel lighter and carefree.

Kim I so agree with you, but I've worried my whole life so how do I stop now

My oldest son who is depressed and lets just say he is off work the next two days and he will drive me to the brink of despair during those two days. When he works at least I have some peace.  Oh well I will make it someway.  I hope your bills get taken care of

Worrying is completely unnecessary.  Although it happens after all we're all human.  I wish I could just stop worrying about things.  I don't have anything looming over me all the time.  I just have bout's of worry. IE: I have a deadline and worry I can't make it by X time.  Even then it's more stress - not worry if I were to categorize them in different groups.  The last time this happened I told my boss - "man I stressed!!!"  She said "it's not worth it to be stressed what's up?"  She said just do what you gotta do and if ya have to stave over to get it all done go ahead - it's no big deal.  That certainly helped.
