I am 75, and wake early morning, go to bed earlier than many I think.

I love to garden, I take walks, I grow sprouts inside. I try to stay healthy and vigorous.

My younger sister (65) commented to me recently how her neighborhood is so boring.  They get up at 6:00 am, in bed by nine, garden, like to walk in the woods near by etc. Her response to that was "BORING", "old fogies" etc.

Her summation was she wanted to move back to the Chicago area for the nightlife etc. She is also looking for a new man.

I emailed her back and told her (we are not close, but she knows this much about me) "Your sister is one of these boring, old fogies. I get up early, bed at a reasonable hour, not seeking night life, garden, and would LUV to have a woodsy area to walk through.  I try to walk daily".

No response back on that. Guess she feels I am a lost cause.....hmmm, wonder who is really lost.

Definitely a night owl.  I don't sleep well at any time so often end up falling asleep trying to work on the computer or any time I sit down.  I often miss chunks of movies when I try to watch one.

I'm both.  Depending on whether my daughter works days or nights.  I drive her to work.  She doesn't drive.

ohhh,,,,,,,  I guess I'm a Night Owl.    I never go to bed before 1am  and don't get up till 9am LOL  Unless I have an appointment.  I'm retired so I can do that.  But I have always been a night owl,,  even when I was in high school

Are you a morning person or a night owl? I have never ever been a morning person.  It makes me physically sick seriously to get up early.  I am 64 and I don't think my internal clock will ever change at this point   :o :o :o :o

Sounds good to me …...

I am not a morning person. I have always been a night owl, but I am forcing myself to be a morning person because I have a morning job and kids that I need to get up for school. I wish I could find a good work at home job sometimes.
