Did anyone else do this survey? When you qualify to join the group they take you to their web page so you never get credit for the survey. This happened to me with another site and I complained and didn't get anywhere. I don't know why they do that to us!

Never had that happen. But I would contact support to see if you can resolve this.

It was located in the FC surveys. I also did a home products survey that was completed (I took a picture of the completion page) and no credit! I did go to the help section, but they'll tell me to wait another week.

I had a couple where I got redirected so many times,  I never got credit for the survey.  I won't do that again
