Yes. I have always been a night owl, and the internet guarantees that I don't go to bed until around 6 a.m.

I end up watching television, doing surveys, and playing poker on Pogo.

However, I am on disability, thus the crazy hours.

I'm usually awake until midnight most nights. I go to bed around 11 but play on my tablet until I get sleepy.

I'm definitely a night owl but it is due to me working on my business, not fun and games. After I finish work and do my little exercise at the park I come here to work on my business. Yes, I'm tired but I gotta grow my business.

i always have been, but not I'm able to do it more often. Sometimes I sit on the porch until 3:00 on the morning and I have my dog trained to sleep in the next day. He's really good about that too.

Here. Night owl indeed. Yes, cellphone is constantly with me and I often fall asleep with it in my hands. Not a good thing I guess.

No it doesn't keep me up at night.  If I am in the middle of something, I save and close it for the next day.

      I don't let technology take over my life. I turn my devices off at
a certain time of day, cause of work the next day. Sleeps more important than social media and games to me.

I'm not exactly a night owl, but i try and go to bed later depending on what I'm doing. I do play games on my phone when I can't sleep at night.

Yeah, which is bad for me. I'm trying to cut back, actually. And plan my computer usage throughout the day.

I would say yes because I'm a huge video game player and that keeps me up all night.  The technology in them games are so great .
