No I don't.  I brush my teeth and floss regularly.  I have not really given any thought to brushing my teeth.
You would think the dentist or dental hygienist would recommend it.  I was just at the dentist for my annual checkup..

Yes, Every time I brushed my teeth same with my tongue.  It's cleaner and and makes the color nicer.

No I have never done this but will try it on your say-so to see what happens. If it really seems to help with keeping the mouth and teeth clean, I will adopt it as a daily practice.

It really does make your mouth feel fresher, please let me know what you think?...they have tongue scrappers you can buy as well.

You should think about gently brushing your tongue because not only does your mouth feel more fresh, it IS more fresh.  The tongue gathers and harbors bacteria the same as the gums and teeth.  You know that the human mouth is one of the most bacteria-prone places in the body.  Dark, moist, and all kinds of stuff go in it and breaks down!

i used to and when I read this post I realized that I don't and not only don't I - I can't remember when I stopped doing it.  Wow that is interested but I am going to start back.  I am sure it helps with bad breath
