Exercise makes it easier to sleep under stressful situations.

Does anyone else exercise as a treatment for anxiety? I have to say that I've only been doing it this past week, but I feel better each day after every work out. 4 out of 5 days this week I worked out. The one day I didn't I was a jittery mess. I'm out of shape and moderately overweight so it's definitely something I "should" be doing. Now that I see it helps with anxiety issues, I'm going to exercise more frequently. Has anyone else on here noticed psychological benefits to exercise?

I do not think exercise is a cure for anxiety.  I do agree it makes you feel better. I don't have time to do it right now.
