Hello if you go to the top of any page here at FC there is a banner that has the promo on it click it and it takes you right there.

it is pretty simple.

make a minimum of 30 credible posts

near the end of the month 28,29,30th fill out the form and find 3 posts id number and include those with your request and fill any other info for the form and if they approve you will get the $3 off-set to next month. it is 30 days behind like the payments

Yes, go yo the propotion offer, it has a link to complete the form.  You can see your posts in your profile in the forum.

Also, you can make topics. They increase your post count as well.
