I have not seen any surveys like that at least not on Fusion cash however I have had a few one question surveys on another site that paid $1.17.

If you have a smartphone - there is an app called 1Q that gives you an immediate 25¢ for one question surveys.  Only catch is you usually have to answer the question within a few minutes of it being posted to avoid missing the quota.  I've earned almost $60 from them in just a little over three years.

I finally got one today!  I was afraid I would get DQ'd because it asked me my confidence level about a service that I do not use - which was one of the multiple choice responses.  I answered that I don't use it and they gave me my 25¢!

I had one that asked which was the masculine part of Velcro, the soft side or the spikey side. Made me laugh, but I will take the quick 25 cents any day.
