Do you watch video game speed runs?

O my gosh if you do, you know that they cheat the games to death and in no way should they count as a speed run if all you do is use glitches lol GAh Beat the game all the way through the right way please lol

I'm not a video gamer, and have never heard the term, "speed run," but I DO identify with your last sentence. It's hard to believe that using cheats can be as satisfying as beating a game the right way!

Cheats absolutely can be fun, but in a separate way from beating a game fair and square. That said, games are just for fun, so I believe in doing it however is fun!

Speed runs are fun to watch of simple old games I used to play as a kid like Sonic.

I loved sonic Haha I've been playing video games since I was like 6 or so (I'm 30 now lol) I'm an old school gamer who believes that beating a game means you beat it without using cheats or glitches haha

I don't watch speed runs. If I watch a video game, I prefer regular speed.

I don't like them lol I watched the legend of zelda a link to the past speed run and it was hardcore glitches and cheats :S That is one of my favorite games of all time too -_-

I've seen a few, including mario bros 3, zelda a link to the past, zelda ocarina of time and mario world. I just don't understand why they have to use glitches when they can simply show real skill by going through the games the right way like I do when I play hehe
