I must be out of touch with reality, but I don't know what a "squishy" is.  Off to Google now.

There are days when life gets a little rough  for me and I find that carrying a worry stone, passed down through several generations or a buckeye that is so used it looks like a shiny stone to rub on, it helps me clam down and stop worrying so much and to remind me to put my worries in Gods hands.

Vicky I like that you do that. I need to put my worries in Gods hands as well...I say that but I still worry :(

I guess I have two squishy's. One is a small  rubber pumpkin. The other is a small laughing bag. Both work for me to reduce stress. But the best  stress reducer for me is exercise!  :rainbow: :peace:

I have tried a squishy before, they just don't do much for me at this time of my life. Unsure if I would buy one of these squishy things as of now, but maybe I might! :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover:

I have a Squishy and it does help me to relieve stress.  Although exercising works wonders too.   :) :) :) :)

No, I don't have anything like that. I bought something like that once but it must not have helped me very much because I Have no idea where it is now.

No squishy here....If I need to relax or get rid of stress, I pray first and then eat ice cream.
