Sorry this happen to you, but  I salute you in being an URBER driver: not something I would have the temperment to do; keep driving and your score will come back and in the mean time; rate your passengers as well I think that is a feature; I am fairly new to using it  and not on a regular enough  bases to know all the features. Don't worry about this rating because when customers look at reviews and see that the positive outweighs the negatives, that driver is who most people will choose.

I agree with everyone.  Don't let 1 jerk get you down.  I am always baffled by people who make themselves feel better by belittling others.  I had an Uber driver last week who deserved a negative 10 rating.  He was late and blamed it on where I live (in other words HE got lost), he was surly and his car smelled nasty --- I have never had a bad experience with Uber, so it was a shocker. I just didn't bother ratiing him.

Apparently this person was just a jealous vindictive person and I know it upsets you but I guess just move on.  Uber should have a way to investigate if a rating isn't valid...also I'm not sure if a fellow uber driver should even be able to rate you.  It isn't fair and I'm sorry this happened to you after all your hard work.
