What do you think of the Trump Military Parade?

I'm not an extreme liberal or anything, and not totally anti-trump though I don't really like him as president.  I'm more a student of history and this military parade isn't a great sign to me.

That money could be put to better use!  Do not think he ever thinks before he speaks.  So wasteful including all his Florida trips that we pay for the secret service

Should not be done.   100% against it.  The amount of money that will be utilized on having this parade is ridiculous when we are raising the debt ceiling and our infrastructure is in such bad shape.  If he wants a military parade let him pay for it or have a gofundme page to obtain the funds.  It is so crazy that he's having the military do this, I have read and listened to so many military people that are against this idea.  I agree we need to honor our service men and women but this is not honoring them, he wants it to honor himself.

I love the military and am in a military family, but I agree with the Mayor of DC. If Trump wants a parade, he needs to pay for it.

The whole idea is SO Donald Trump -- big, showy display.  I personally feel that there are so many ways to honor our military without having a "parade".  Mr. Trump has enough money to pay for such a spectacle, but I fear that doing so would do more harm than good.  As others have said, the I think parade would end up being about him showing that the US has the "bigger button", not honoring the military.    Just my 2 cents!

It's not a bad idea. It's exposing the derangement some people have that even a parade works them up into a frenzy. Trump is living rent free inside your head.

I would love to see it happen as much I we train athletes to participate in the Olympics and do so well.
