i attempted a paid to click and my balance disappeared!

i had 17 something dollars earlier today and felst adventurous and tried the paid to click. i visited the 4 pages and clicked on a sponsor banner. i went back to "my account" and my balance went to $2.95?? I'm pissed. this happen to anybody else?

What does it say on your account page? Usually the only time that much disappears at once is because credits expiring after 180 days or denied for fraudulent behavior

I see that you are a new member.

Try logging out and back in.

Give it a day or two.

If this does not help, open a support ticket. I have never read of anything like this happening to a new member.

UPDATE:  I see that you registered for Fusion Cash just yesterday.  How did you make $17 plus change so fast?

hmmm.... i've been clicking emails for months, could be the 180 days but don't think i've been a member that long.  wouldn't it just delete the funds 2 cents a day if that were the case?

Your account page would say if they were denied or expired. You need to look at that because we cant see your information to know what happened

I’m confused checking your page, it says you joined February 4th.  I don’t understand how you got so much money so fast.  You state you have been opening emails for several days, it’s only the 7th.  If you really did lose the money put in a support ticket and you will get an answer.  Good luck!

The day you join the forum isn't necessarily when you started earning on the site. It looks like they joined the forum to ask the question

I agree with everyone. Open a support ticket and ask what happened.  I lost a few dollars when I was on vacation and not doing FC a couple of summers ago.  Now, if I know I am going to be away for an extended time, I cash out before so I don't leave any $ on the table!

It sounds like you had some offers expire. I've had that happen to me before. Just make sure to cashout before they expire. If that's not the case then you should open a support ticket.

I'm confused here!  How could you have credits expire if you just joined in February of 2018?   You should put in a support ticket.  Did you sign up for a "Trial" offer and then cancel it?

I never click on banners.  You have to visit the 4 pages and click on one of the sponsors at the bottom.  Not a banner.  You should not have lost your balance.  You need to send a support ticket.  Nobody in these threads can help you with that one.

yes that's something I never heard of. Best thing to do is open a ticket if you keep having this problem and can't seem to find a solution to it!

Same thing happened to me. I received credit for it, but when I went back to the main page, poof it was gone. Plus the video viewing credits I earned.  I've lost about 25 cents and I'm not happy about it.
