Well, I decided to try a Crowdflower Task and this is what happened

I bit the bullet and chose the background noise one, followed instructions and completed the job. I got the message that my score was only 50%, too low to do any job. Wanted to send a ticket because the normal background noise you get when recording shouldn't have been a yes. It stated that in the instructions.  This is why I stopped doing their crappy jobs a few years ago. Their rating system is so screwy that I don't know how people can make any money from them.  When I used to do them, I was on Level 1 and then they changed their way of scoring and took all the badges away, which I thought was very unfair. 


Anyway, I went into help and got a blank screen with a square with a frown. So, how do you question/send a ticket if you can't get through to the support team/? Guess this is another reason for me not to do Crowdflower tasks.   

They still seem sooooo unfair.

The only thing that I found do able at Crowdflower were the research studies and other surveys that have no right or wrong.  I found it next to impossible to get decent scores.  There would be an example and then a question just like the example when I answered like they did in the example I was wrong, totally baffled.  I gave up on Crowdflower.

I've never had success with Crowdflower, they always claim my accuracy is too low... despite the job being dead simple and you'd have to work to get the job wrong... OR they had me transcribing audio clips that sounded like Ringo Starr talking gibberish in a fake Russian by way of Liverpool accent with next to no discernible words being spoken and my accuracy was too low for their liking.

I would LOVE to send to their support system. I know you could do it years ago. Evidently, they don't like or don't want to check or correct status what we, the "jobber" think is right. You used to be able to tell them why you thought the answers provided by them were unfair. Guess they don't like being second-guessed.

I haven't tried them in some time.  When I did, I sometimes did okay but others not.  My main problem was that I felt sometimes the directions were very vague and it was difficult to fulfill what they wanted. I am not crazy about this opportunity.  I wish Fusion would come up with another viable way to earn say 20-25 cents each week.

You guys are giving up too easily on tasks.  If you try one and it does not work for you than try something else.  The best job I see on tasks is "What Products Are Similar"  Even though it says it pays half cent it gives you 1 cent per task.  Since joining fusion cash last January I have completed over 38,000 tasks on 1575 jobs.  The more you attempt jobs the more work you will get it.  If you start a task and find it difficult do not close the window, just hit the give up button so it would not go against you as far as accuracy.

I promise the more you practice the more you can earn and have confidence in doing the tasks.  I have already earned over 24 dollars this month on tasks.  in the 12 months on here I have earned 50 dollar restaurant gift certificate 9 times and 1 for 25 dollars.

I have considered doing the crowdflower but never got around to it.  glad I didn't

I have tried the tasks a few times but they are not my niche. Surveys are more my thing.

You can't keep trying if there aren't any tasks when you have low scores. They take jobs away from you if you don't score high. I had promised myself never to do tasks again after they changed the rules but gave in when I saw the transcription tasks. I tried 3 tasks. I did okay on one but it was a borderline score. My career was a medical transcriptionist and was 99% correct in my job based on the quality control auditors (not bragging, just truthful and yes, we were also scored on our performance), but only 50% here? No way!

You can't even contact support anymore. What's up with that?

Ok to start you need to have 75 accuracy to level up to 1, level 2 you need to be at 80 percent and level 3 you need 85 accuracy.  So I just recommend try all tasks which I know are not much but they are easy tasks and it won't take long to get to level 1.  It took me less than 24 hours to get to level 2...Right now I have 84 percent so I am close to be level 3.

I try everything on fusion cash not just tasks, I do PTC, SURVEYS, vidoes. I have earned 79 dollars and just 24.80 on tasks. 

Please do not give up and keep trying!

Nope. I'm done. The offer is crap. Period. I have 3 tasks on the list and 1 of them you need to be Level 1. I WAS level 1 back when they had badges before but they took all the badges away from everyone. There was a lot of complaining about it before and when they decided you could ONLY use Facebook to sign in, that's where I drew the line. But, I decided to give it another try because i like making money.

Anyway, i can't even ask support for help or ask any questions because you CAN'T contact them when you hit the "Help" or is it "Support?" Anyway, how can you get answers if you can't contact them??? That's ridiculous!!!

I get the exact message, so I just stop doing those task.
