Ramen noodles are not bad for you...
it is the seasoning packet what is really bad for you.
   Some seasoning packets include MSG-Monosodium
Glutamate, a known carcinogen. So this is what I do:
Buy some white pasta sauce. I like Alfredo sauce.
I make my ramen noodles, then add my favorite sauce
after I drain all the excess boiling water.

I have a little cup of ramen noodles for lunch about once a week or so. They are usually chicken flavor. I love them, although they are very salty.

I used to make them but never used the flavor packets because of the ingredients. i used to make a dish with scallops (long time ago), green onions, etc., a from-scratch regular Chinese meal. I don't make them anymore. Our local Chinese restaurant makes the scallop meal a lot cheaper than I could, and it's easier to pick up the phone than to spend a half hour prepping and cooking the same meal. Yes, I'm getting lazy in my old age  :)

Not me.  I have never had the desire to eat Romen noodles.  I have tried them and to me they taste nasty and they look terrible.

I love ramen noodles! The chicken and oriental flavor are probably my favorites.

I used to love them when I was younger. Now, I don't like them. My tastes have changed over the years.

I don't eat them and never will. They are unhealthy and filled with unhealthy ingredients. If you can avoid them, please do. Choose healthier foods. :)

That makes me feel less weary about eating them.  I ate them regularly as a kid but couldn't stand them as an adult (until recently).  The ones in the cup are delicious.

There was a news story a while ago about a young woman who ate exclusively ramen noodles for ten years. She was not anemic and at a healthy weight.  I don't know how she could stand such a monotonous diet.  I've never tried ramen noodles - am I missing out?

I've heard about them, and that they are the popular staple of college students. However, I have never personally eaten them.
