Do you make your hot chocolate with milk or water?

My mother used to always make it for us with water, but since I tried it with Milk, there's no going back. lol Milk for me!

i make up my own hot chocolate mix and i use hot water with it ---truly i have never thought about using milk to just now so i may have to give it a try

Most of the time with water, but sometimes with milk which makes the hot chocolate creamer.

Milk is what I have used as a kid and now as an adult I still make it will milk for my 2 boys and that like it when I add a little extra to it I have used milk for the mist part but there where times I did not have Milk and had to use water several time I don't care to much for it if I have to use water I don't like how it turns out a tastes
