I use humidifier and drink plenty of fluids. I try not to take too much medications. Just try to relieve symptoms naturally.

When I have nasal congestion, my congestion interrupts with my sound of my voice, really irritating to me.

I must blow my nose 10 times in the morning.  I hate nasal congestion,,  I end up with headaches.  I've tried  humidifiers and I do drink plenty of water,,  it is the only thing I drink all day.  Orange juice sometimes,,  I don't like taking meds it makes me feel worse.  sometimes I will put a very hot wash cloth  on my head and it works to releave the pressure.

I was given congestion from relatives for Christmas...   I feel fine, but have a terrible cough.

For me, I love Vicks Vaporub.   I can open the jar and just smell it and it helps.

Sorry Gerianne, not for me! Nothing works as I am still suffering but getting better. Your body heals itself and no medication can really fight against a cold or virus. It's a temporary fix, so heal your body on your own by feeding it good wholesome food! :D

I use sinus rinse for that. It helps me a lot when it comes to having congestion. I would try that out.

I really hate that feeling so I just get in the shower and take a hot bath.

Nothing seems to work this year had a cold and cough since Thanksgiving.  The doctor even gave me a antibiotic and that helped but now the cold is back.  Just can't seem to shake this one
