I walk  generally with weights in hands, now that this cold weather is here I get up and go to the local mall and do laps; there's a group call mall walkers it's very informal and you can go on any given day & just do laps with people walking prior to the mall opening, good way to strike up conversations and before you know it; you have done a few miles around the mall.

I haven't exercised at all lately. But when I do exercise, I tend to like walking a lot better than anything else. I also have walking to the music type videos that I've done in the past. I find I can't very well do any of the aerobic stuff anymore. Everything's getting too creaky on my body, LOL!  :-[

I tend to run (either outside or on my treadmill) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (and occasionally Saturdays). I also engage in weight lifting and commercial aerobic exercise products such as P90X and Insanity X.

I start out lifting weights for about 15 minutes, then I do exercises for my arms and last I workout on my recumbent bike for 30-45 minutes.

I do circuit training at the gym. Thee best thing I ever did was to join the gym and I go 4 to 5 days a week, 55 mins per class session.

I walk a lot. I have a fitbit to keep track of my steps and usually hit my 10,000 steps or more in the day.

I am 74. I walk daily, do a lot of stretches, arm strengthening, and eat healthy.

Learning to exercise by not cheating eating.
