White Christmas
« on: December 24, 2017, 08:46:48 pm »
Anyone expecting/getting a White Christmas?  It's snowing north of me but over here it's just raining.  Not cold enough for snow unfortunately, even though it's suppose to be below freezing for the next 10+ days!

WE got about 4-6 inches and it was painful driving to work in it!  Especially since no one is on the roads so the highways were not cleared!

Believe it or not  we actually have a white Christmas. Fortunately, it's only about a dusting to an inch. We have not had a white Christmas up north in about eight years  I only hope that it melts before it freezes it's going to get real cold for the next several days.  :present: :peace: :santa:

No snow for us down south. However it is colder than usual. Sometimes we have hot weather for Christmas.

Ohio had a White Christmas. And the snow is still here due to the unusually frigid temps. Brrr.

Mid-Michigan had a white Christmas with temps that were extremely cold.  In fact, they still are.  I could care less about a white Christmas since I dislike winter a great deal.  I have spend several Christmases in states where they usually get little snow and I loved it.  Sometimes I think of picking up and moving but I probably won't due to my few family members  being here and the expense.

We didn't have a White Christmas here, but we nearly had a snowy New Year. This cold front has been a chilly one. Brrr! I'll be glad when it gets warmer again.

We had a White Christmas for the first time in years. It started on Christmas Eve and when it was done, we had 2 inches. It was a real fine snow so even though it snowed for hours, it didn't amount to much.

There's a Nor'easter on its way and supposed to hit by Thursday...but unless it gets closer to the coastline, the weather guys aren't expecting a heavy snow, just another 1-2 inches. Then again, the weather guys are usually always wrong lately. :)
