I get involved with small groups - or if my attendance is lacking at church I start by going and going regularly.  If my schedule doesn't allow I catch sermons online - there are a few sites and pastors sermons that speak to me so I tune into them.  I do the things I enjoy and pour myself into those things.  I decide to focus on today and tomorrow.

I very seldom get sad unless it's about death or sickness of someone. I thank God because it could always be worse.  I sing uplifting songs, read the bible and go feed the homeless because this always lift my spirits especially when they are so thankful for the meal.

Talking to someone and being social is the best way for me to improve my mood. If it's a long-term think, I'd recommend therapy or a medication.

When I feel sad, I call a friend,  watch a movie, listen to music... something that gets my mind off of what I'm sad about.

Some of the time I just get out of mind and just walk.  I look around at all that is going on in the world.  People watching can do it.  There are so many eccentrics in the world.

I try to not think about, what's making me sad. Then I thank God just for blessing me and waking  me up with a reasonable portion of health and strength.

I know that talking with others helps, watching Comedies, go out movies/ dine and working out/ gym.

Get a brew,smoke,or just do something that will get your mind off it etc Video games or just watching a show you enjoy.Try your best to keep your head full of things aside from what you feel sad about.

Do whatever makes you happy...call a friend, go visit family. If you dont like people, go to the Humane Society and play with animals.
