My laptop stinks!

That really sucks. I wish I knew how to fix laptop problems. I need a new one myself.

Hopefully the warranty  has not ran out and maybe you can exchange it; ours is a few years old just hoping it keeps working for awhile longer.

I would be more upset to spend the $400 and it not work right. I would do research on the brand, memory, mega byes, and the more specifications on the type of laptop you got, does it give enough memory? Plus if it's a new laptop you might be able to take it back to where you got it for repairs or replacement.

Yes, that can be frustrating.  But I paid more than $400 for my current laptop and still unable to use the numeric keys.  Not sure what the problem is, but it's an enigma with the techs I have taken it to for repair.  Still can't use it.

I know the feeling. Personally I think its windows 10 because I had problems with it ever since. I use an older laptop with windows 8 and it works great

Look up your warranty and receipt.  I purchased one from Best Buy about 4 years ago and took it back because I had problems with it.  It was within the 30 days period so they checked it and found it defective and exchanged it for a different one and still using it today.

You can always return it and get a better one or end up getting more ram for your system.

I want a laptop but can't put much money into it. A chromebook sounds good.
