I apologize for this advice.  I was thinking your cashout for September was still pending.  Under that circumstance, yes you would open a support ticket.  I wasn't even thinking that you were talking about your October cashout.  It is in so many forums that no matter when you cashout during a specific month that you will not receive payment till around the 20th of the following month, and cashout would not be approved until then.
