Referal question

The $5 you can earn per person for when they cash out is that only there first time they cash out you get $5 bucks, or is that for ever time they cashout.

I don't suppose anybody has any referral tricks of the trade so to speak... I put referral banners on my personal home page and if I see people on Y! Answers asking about this type of thing I direct them there. But most the places I hang  out have policies on spamming, and alas, this is classified as such.
