In that situation I would try another browser and see if I still had the same problem.  Also sometimes the "problem" can be "solved" by either restarting the browser or the whole computer (that is always what the tech guys have you do, even when you tell them you have tried re-booting 6x...lol).  I have had weird loading of pages sometime while surfing the net and some times it is just a browser/connectivity problem.

I just did the PTC and had no problem. I only remember having a problem once and everyone as having the same problem which FC fixed.
I would try another browser and send a support ticket.
