He needs to just serve them. The later it gets in the season, the harder it's going to be for the Cowboys to make the Playoffs. He's trying to work the system and he's not going to get anywhere. He does have 24 hours to appeal (which I'm certain he will), but I think he'll have to serve the suspension anyway.
