Phone verification

Needing help!
I faxed the identity documentation for my phone number verification (because my phone doesn't qualify)
on Oct 2 and received confirmation of it saying allow 7-14 business days for it to be reviewed and processed.
I still have not heard back, help please.

Try submitting a support ticket on line to get updated info
