I think this is crap. Why? Because that notice has been posted on the support site for months. Waiting 21 days is unacceptable and I said it before; after I cash out this time, I'm done with FC. They aren't the same site I signed up with AND it gets worse every month. I have been waiting for 2 jobs to be taken care of and I'm losing out on $0.63.  That isn't a lot for people who have normal jobs, but this is my only income since, at my age, no normal employer will hire me for the specialty I have done for 40-45 years.

FC expects us to do the jobs so THEY can get paid but what about US? Don't we deserve it too?

Agreed! I have been waiting for months to cash out I had to submit documents and I have not received any response with support.  Does make sense.

Well, i guess support is getting back at me. No work "jobs" for me for 2 days now and it's now 22 days. What a way to do business!!

 Can't wait for December to cash out because I know I won't get enough work to cash out before then and it'll be goodbye FC. I'm not giving up what I've earned so far, just for those of you who think I should go now. It's too much of a struggle to get what I got. I didn't think they wouldn't give me credit  for the 2 days I submitted the tickets, plus I want my $3 posting bonus and the $1 payment post before I leave.

When you sent the ticket what header did you send it under and were you cival in the ticket when making it? NOrmally tickets are sorted out within a week or two depending n the severity of the ticket
