Anyone having issues with support tickets

Anyone having issues with getting support tickets answered?

I do not open them very often but I have always had them answered.  However, I do not always get the answer that I want.

Yeah, they're very slow to answer lately. I have one ticket sitting there for 10 days and an updated one sitting there for 8 days.  The last ticket I submitted wasn't answered for almost a month and I may make support people mad, but that's very unacceptable!!! :

I believe they need help.  I have faxed my documents to verify my account and I received an email stating FC received my documents.  I still wasn't able to cashout so submitted support ticket and they stated they didn't receive my fax.  So they said to email the documents and I am still not able to cashout it's going on 4 months. just wow.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I think there are only two people who do the job. They need a group of people to do this.

I’m sorry to hear that certain members are having difficulty getting their support ticket answered. I haven’t submitted a support ticket in ages. When I first joined the first year, I usually receive a response within a few days. Now everything is delayed – forum bonus, support tickets, weekly contest etc.

I just submitted one as I'm not getting any FC surveys for about 2 weeks now... I sent it in a couple days ago so we'll see what happens

My last ticket took almost a month to get a response.  So I do not know what is going on.

Very annoying when you have exceed the required funds to cash out.

I've never had an issue with a support ticket but if you send to many that will cause delays because they do have more then just you to answer back

I've noticed the various delays on FC as others have stated.  While I haven't had a support ticket issue -- and hope I won't -- I am growing a little concerned about other things like the Picture Payment $1 Bonus.  It's been about 2 months now since a group of $1 Picture Payments have been posted in the Subforum (simultaneously in our accounts).  I realize this being Oct. 30th I'm right on top of it, but I sure hope this bonus is not overlooked.  Thank you for the opportunitiy, FC!

I have noticed they are now taking long to reply if they do reply.

One it takes time two there probably aren't enough people doing the job but they can't have a group of people doing it. Reason they cant really hire others they have to make money to not just us. They dont make money unless we do. Partnership hand in hand. As for tickets sometimes they take while depending on what header you put them under. Oh yeah being rude in the ticket will make you wait longer so its advised to keep it cival in those
