sometimes, you have a very limited view.
sometimes, you can see for miles away.
sometimes, you have a view of the alley.

They say Amtrack gives you the view of Americas back yard. I rode the train from Portland to Seattle and that sure was the case.

In my house in Italy I had a street view (lots of traffic) on one side.. and facing another building on the other side.
Now in America I see trees and green.... to me that means a lot!! :)))

From my window I can see for miles across the grassy fields all the way to the tree line at the river.
I am at the edge of town and the land gently slopes down toward the flood plain so there will never be any building going on back there.
Our house is on high ground and has never had any water even when the earthen dam broke north of town that brought much flooding in the area.

:) Living in Kansas, seeing a long way is a piece of cake. Even more so when I am flying in my airplane.

I haven't made it to the edge of the earth yet, but I am pretty sure I have seen it once or twice.  ;)
