I had heard one day that he was on life support and the next day that he had died.  I always enjoyed his music and loved The Traveling Wilburys!  RIP Tom Petty.

HE IS NOT DEAD!  He was on life support when you posted this.  NOT DEAD.  I saw the same thing on Facebook.
So in reality you don't know if he is dead or alive and in the hospital.  The stuff I saw online said he is on life support and not expected to live.  But you and others who have said he died had to see that some where.
THAT is pathetic.  You can't believe ANYTHING you see or hear on the news.  : (

Sad news!  I wasn't a fan but I know he had a great affect on a lot of people.

one of my neighbors got her stories tied together.
she though that he died in the Las Vegas shooting.
there was another country singer that was suppose to give a concert in Las Vegas.
he cancelled it due to the tragedy.

It's been a long time since I saw Tom Petty in concert. Have no real recollection of it. Guess, now, all of you that haven't seen him, won't be able too.
