I'm very confused i been doing surveys here for over a year and never had a payment revoked ...but i also follow the time it tells me needed to do the survey,  i've done 1400 surveys on another site and had one  survey rejected .. but i knew it was going to happen i was in over my head. And kept going to get the DQ points ...  I have noticed allot more trick questions in surveys than before, maybe you need to slow down.!!

Uh I don't rush thru the surveys.  I can assure you I do not need advice on how to take surveys.  Been doing this since the year 2000.  And THIS site is the ONLY site this happens on.  And as you can see from comments on other threads in this forum I am far from the only one it happens to.

It's like this, in case you have not figured it out yet...

The companies manipulate the surveys.  They want to be able to say we surveyed x number of people and x number said this.  They get the numbers they want by rejecting the answers they do not like or kicking people out when you start giving answers they do not like.

It's like the one where I took the entire survey and the last 3 questions all related with the last one being
"Are you gay, lesbian, queer, trans whatever" and when I said NO I got the "oh sorry you do not qualify to take this survey".  I did get credited for that one after I complained. If they wanted someone who was gay to take the survey then that needed to be the first question.

The point is if you complete a survey then they should not be able to come back and take the money away.

Really ?  you had a survey ask you if you were  " Queer "  I'd have reported the survey for the  derogatory insult  to the BBB.

Yes.  It asked specifically "ARE YOU GAY LESBIAN BI QUEER TRANS  and seems like there was something else in the list.  I did report it.  I don't see queer as being a derogatory insult since the LGBTQ uses it themselves.  I am not gay so I was not "insulted" by the question.  I was extremely ticked that I was denied payment for saying NO to the question after I had taken the entire survey.  I did report the incident.  I don't think it was on this site.  I was credited for taking the survey.  The site agreed with me...they should not be able to deny payment based on that question.  And if they wanted someone who was one of those terms to take the survey it should have been asked FIRST not last.

You can't report something asked in a survey to the BBB because first you don't know who is behind the survey.
And second most of these are not businesses.  A lot of them are like college classes or something and they have so much money allotted to do a certain study.

And it is like the moderator on this site told me - if you feel uncomfortable answering a question just x out of it and try a different one.  (rolling eyes) lol

They reject random surveys for me. God knows why. If I’m gonna waste a half an hour doing a 75 can’t survey, I want my freakin 75 cents. I always answer surveys honestly so it’s disappointing when they revoke my payment.

Although I like your suggestion of assigning individual reference numbers for later review, the simple fact is that if you had a payment revoked, you must have done something that raised a red flag. They do not just revoke payments at random or because they do not like your opinion. That does not happen.  What DOES happen is that sometimes people rush through the survey or they give inconsistent answers to the same or similar quality control questions or some other irregularity occurs.  It happens.  These companies pay considerable money for your data, so they need safeguards in place to make sure that the data is 100% accurate and reliable.  Otherwise, they are paying a lot of money for worthless results.

Your idea of assigning unique reference numbers is a good idea, though.  Survey companies should be required to explain to you the reason why your payment got rejected so that you can review what it was you did wrong and possibly avoid that pitfall in the future.

Oh, yes, they do manipulate some of the surveys.  I, for one, have responded to a number of surveys where it became evident they wanted certain answers as I was disqualified well into the survey after not following the line of thought being perpetuated in the survey.  Can you believe it?  I thought they wanted honest responses!!  Imagine!  Although I have not had a revocation for awhile, I have had a "buttload" of surveys that I have completed or nearly completed to not have them credit one cent over the last 4-5 months.  I love the surveys that also manipulate questions so you can't express your true opinion.  I get those from time to time.  Many of those are political!

I disagree.  Yes, they do revoke payments because they don't like your answers.  I have been told that.  YOUR answers were rejected.  I DO NOT rush thru the surveys.  I don't know how many times I need to say that for it to sink in.  I read the questions and I answer them honestly.

The same question (asked differently) give the same answer is kind of stupid.  You can ask a question two different ways and likely get two different answers.  I agree with the last part of your post - they company should have to tell me (and others) WHY they rejected the answers.  I do know for a fact that they disqualify people for unfair reasons.  I have an example earlier.  Although the survey site turned it around and gave me credit and I WAS PAID.  You cannot reject answers because they person is not gay.  Unless you ask that question first and then kick them out immediately.

I have done the survey thing for years.  And I know for a fact that companies reject answers when they don't like what the person says.  Like I said they manipulate the survey.  They want a specific result  They get the result they want x number out of x number said this.  Here is our survey and the results.  The kick out the ones they don't want to get the results they want to show.  This is fact.  You do not have to believe me - but it is true.
:)

If you have never been revoked that is great.  This is the FIRST site I have ever worked with where you can take a survey and receive credit and then the company can come back later and take your payment back.

This is not the same thing as surveys.  I am pretty sure it says that to get credit for the forum posting bonus you have to contribute to the conversation.  YOU choose which 3 posts you want to use.    Use posts where you actually say something.  I have seen people who post lol or yes or no and do that on every thread.  No, that won't cut it.  I have also seen where the same idiot will start 11 threads all with the same topic.  Then when you click on the topic it is one word in their post. haha  I don't think any of those people are still on here.

People tend to leave when they realize that making money on this site takes work.  It is not easy.

Yep.  Same here.  No, they don't want honest answers.  Another example is if it is for say "Peter Pan Peanut Butter" and they are asking questions about PB and then ask which brands you buy if you do not choose PPPB or you don't say that is your preferred brand - out you go.  LOL.

But the political ones you are so right about.

Do any of you remember the survey about DNA and after you completed it you were told OH WE LIED TO YOU.
It was something that was suppose to prove that all white people were bigots.  We had a discussion about it when it happened.  Several people on here took it.

I did a Your Survey on another site yesterday. I completed the survey, got to the completion page AND my Quality score went up 1 point. I left the page open for hours and it never credited. I sent a support ticket to YS and got the "You were DQ'd and we cannot pay for those" email. But, the kicker was I had just done a survey for them that took ONE HOUR AND TEN minutes and was DQ'd at the end. It was to be a 5 min survey. I sent them a ticket and told them about that one as well. I won't be doing YS for awhile. But, I knew who I had trouble with. In your case, you do not. All we get are survey numbers on our account page and if it is denied, it will say so to the right of the survey number.

I have completed several and told I would receive my reward and they never credit.  I have also done the ones that take well over an hour and it said it would take 5 minutes.  So obviously we are taking our time lol.  And by the time I get well in to it I forget how much it says I would get paid.  SO I don't want to just quit.

I have seen those numbers.  I keep the email I get saying I got credited for what ever survey.  But those do not have any numbers attached.  And when I get the so and so revoked payment on your survey or how ever it says it those do not have any numbers so I can't go back and match it up.  I would just like to know.  Maybe I can remember the survey.  There are several that I do remember.  And there are the ones that at the end will ask random questions about who you voted for and stuff like that.  I swear I think that is used against you.  Could be why some don't credit or why some get revoked.

Kind of like the woman with CNN that said the people who died in that shooting deserved it because they were most likely Republicans.  I am still trying to process that.  But anyway, the point is I have proof that I was kicked out of a survey at the last question because I answered I was NOT gay, lesbian, trans, etc.  That is just as illegal as denying payment because you want a straight person to answer your questions.  Although it isn't always seen that way.  Sorry, kind of turned in to a rant. lol

I think most of the people on this site are basically desperate for money.  I don't think any one on here is rich.  If they were they would not spend 4 hours doing surveys only to have maybe $1.50 at the end.  And then to have that taken back away is ridiculous.

You know what I totally agree with you!!!! I've had the same thing happen to me many times. I stop emailing FC because they don't care. They don't do anything. I really put a lot of my time and dedication doing these surveys and for them to say I didn't any dedication on my answers. If they don't like what I had to say they don't put out surveys. Like you said not all of us are going to wright or do it like they want to hear. It doesn't mean that we didn't put dedication to it. This gets me MAD!
