My sleep patterns are never the same day by day

Sorry, that's no fun. Not usually a problem I have - mine is taking hours to fall asleep in the first place. There's no time I'm sleepier than early morning!

every day is the same, as long as you have debt, you will wake up early daily...

Looking at emails and texts makes it harder to get back into a restful sleep. If i wake up and stay awake for a half hour or more, I get up and eat a little snack, such as cheese and crackers. The combination of a little protein and carbs helps the body relax and fall back asleep.

I wake up in intervals of 2-4 hours. Later, I realized it was according to my cats' feeding schedule! Who's running this house,....?

I wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. I usually don't have any issue going back to sleep though.

In terms of sleep-related problems, I am more sleep-deprived than anything. I would get up at 2:00 AM and go to bed around 11:00 PM.

I normally have to wake up at 5:30am for work.  On days off, I like to "sleep in" but find I wake up around the same time even without the alarm.

If I look at my phone, that is it.....I get started with emails or Facebook or even games and then my sleeping in dream is all over!

Since having a significant period in my life in which I was only averaging 3-4 hours per night due to stress, I still have some problem either going to sleep initially or staying asleep. I now frequently take either a prescription sleeping pill or an OTC one.  My sleep is extremely important to me as I am one of those people who do not function well in any way if I don't have at least 5-6 hours of sleep regularly.  Being awake at any time where you know much of the rest of the country is sleeping is somewhat lonely and depressing for me when it goes on night after night!

Yeah, but that's because of stress. :(

Yes.  The same thing happens to me.  It is  most annoying.  Thankfully, I am able to go back to sleep.
