Wow I will have to try that - seems like years ago I tried some crystallized ginger from a health food store close to where we lived.  But haven't had it since.  I am sure it is very good for you.

I have a snack that I absolutely have to have every evening after supper. It's delicious kimchi! We used to buy it from the grocery store, but I was eating so much of it, we decided to learn how to make it. It's easy and so very tasty, though it takes a few days to ferment.

When I'm running out of kimchi, my husband and I immediately go to the farmers market and get the ingredients we need so we can make some more!  :in-love:

It's great that you're enjoying your crystallized ginger!

There is nothing really special, but if I had to choose, it would have to be ice cream. :P

I eat granola bars a lot. Everytime I go some place and I am out late, I always take one.

I like gingerbread cookies. I have never heard of crystallized ginger before. I am going to look it up on Amazon. I know my mom always gave us ginger ale for an upset stomach.

Fruit and nuts are my go to snack. Although cheese and some goos crackers are a nice change of pace.

air-popped popcorn, banana with some sunflower butter inside,  or a flavored coffee topped with whip cream are my faves.

I don't have anything I MUST have, but I'll rarely say no to a bag of potato chips. Salty snacks for me.

My favorite snack is Li Hing Mui Candy or dried fruits or candy. You can always order them from Hawaii or available at most Asian Markets or order from Amazon. They have tons to choose from. If you are interested, you can google LI Hing Mui Candies and do some research on them. Just don't get addicted because they are so good!
