It tends to come and go as far as availability. I just try to keep an eye open for it and jump on it if I have time to kill or still need to get my daily 5¢ and have no easy video options.

Most of the time I have to refresh to page to get it to come up.   Give it a try if you don't see it when you first come to the page.  I almost always have to refresh to get it.
