The same thing has happened to me. I got into the habit of whenever anyone moves in I introduce myself and chat to deliberately bring up how annoying it is about the parking spot stuff. If I ever see anyone in my spot I immediately go outside and tell them to move. I can't rely on my apartment manager to because she doesn't care whatsoever.

Having next door neighbors can be tuff sometimes. I know we have had our problems before that is for sure. It is like that with anyone I guess.
