ok i just found a site where you can buy referrals for GPT sites or PCT sites but its sort of expensive like $17 for 25 referrals but there guaranteed to be good referrals!

Don't get suckered in, that's not going to happen and you are throwing your money away. Those people who sign up to get paid are NOT interested in staying active, they will take your money and run. Actually they just walk because you never even know who they are. If you want referrals, get your own and for that kind of money it's easy. Just run some ads with a good converting website to bring them to.

Why pay money to get referrals, when you can get your own for free, AND get paid for it?

I have never paid for referrals and do not plan to. I do pay for a minimal amount of advertising, but thats a small amount. I have not been very sucessful at getting referrals to this site yet, but I am going to be patient. I would much rather get $1 when they confirm their membership, $2 when they complete their first offer, and $5 when they cashout opposed to $0 for inactive people.

I wouldnt pay for reffereals.  One easy and free thing to do, it post your banner on Craigs List.  I put up one add on there for free one time and got a refferal.  It takes 1 minute to do.
