Money disappearing and also not being credited

As of lately it seems my money is disappearing from my account instead of being added like it should. I have also successfullly completed surveys but not been credited for them. I'm very sad and disappointed. This site use to be so much better. Now even support tickets don't get answered. I've been a member for at least a couple of years I think. I hope things change because I'm not making any money this way and am very frustrated.

Were some of your credits over 180 days old?  Credits expire after 180 days.  Also sometimes survey credits get revoked.

I believe that sometimes the completed surveys do not credit right away. It might take a few hours or maybe even a few days. I had that happen to me, one day saw I had a credit for a survey that I must've done at some point, didn't remember it though lol.  I kind of like getting a payment when I'm not expecting it though! Hopefully this is what happened to you, and you will be credited in due time. Good luck!

It looks like you haven't been active on the site so your earnings are most likely expired. You can look at your account page to be sure

Blessed, check your account area to see if your money has been taken away because an error on your part.Sometimes the admin of the survey would revoke payment for certain reasons. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you did anything wrong. I do know that my money had expired before, and I was so upset. Thing is, I didn't know of the rule concerning it. Do the videos, paid to click, daily emails and when you can always try the survey as well as tasks. Try for at least $1.00 a day = $30.00 + a month!!

I had the same thing happen to me. But this doesn't discourage me.  All I can tell you is to keep trying until you hit The $30 mark

It's possible your offers expired, that's the most likely reason. Double check that on your account page. As for the surveys, sometimes they just don't credit.

sorry to hear that, is some of your offers more than 6 months? maybe expired or if the email will let you know which offers revoked
