I try not to nap too often because after a while it will throw me off. I can't help the chronic fatigue though, it's part of a birth defect I have. Some times I just can't stay awake.

When I was younger never though about taking a nap. But now as I get older and my back gets worse, it feels good to lie down for a short time, I may or may not fall asleep but just some rest  is great. Hubby can fall asleep in nothing flat during the day, but my mind wanders and I keep thinking about things I need to do. Like get on Fusioncash. Because I only have a  couple of hours to do it after working for 4 hours at a time at the charity place.

Once I'm up I'm up I rarely take naps unless I'm sick.  Sometimes if I have a long enough break at work I can get a little nap in.

I live in an apt. bldg that has a lot of seniors on my floor. "

There is a time every day, 12 noon to 2:00, when it is so quiet on this floor. That is what I call "senior nap time", and the laundry room is empty.

That always makes me happy.

I work second shift.  During the school year I enjoy taking a nap after dropping the boys off at school.

I don't usually take a nap even tho I might want to, but once in awhile when I trying to get my grandson down for his nap, I will fall asleep too.

I take naps every once in a while. I don't like to take them during the week because I have a hard time falling asleep on time, so I mostly nap on weekends when I do.

I don't take naps because there is just no time for it. If I nap it is during the weekend.

I'm a strange one. if I get up at 5:30 a.m., I'm good to go all day long, but if I sleep until 7-7:30 a.m., I'm tired and need a nap during the day. I usually fall asleep at the computer without realizing it!

I try to take a nap on the weekend. Sometimes it just gets so hard with so much stuff that needs to get done.

Yes sometimes I am able to get a good nap through the weekdays and on the weekends; if I am not too busy.
