Charcoal or propane ?

We're still using charcoal.   I like it but it might just be because that's what I've been use to since I was a child.   Don't have a gas grill, maybe one day but for now I'm happy with our charcoal grill.

I have two smokers. One is electric and one is charcoal. I use the electric smoker most of the time with lava rocks and mesquite wood chips. 

On the Bar-B-Que, I use charcoal all the time with mesquite wood chips.

I prefer electric grill.  It's cleaner.

I personally like charcoal because I think it makes the food taste better.  I don't like propane because you could be in the middle of cooking and run out of gas.  Also I'm scared of propane.

We use charcoal, since we do not cook out very much this seems more convenient and we like the taste of the food just fine.

we grill out almost every night so we have a gas grill.  we just hate to heat up the house LOL  we grill summer, winter, spring & fall LOL  Snow and rain doesn't matter

I have always used charcoal and still do. It just doesn't seem to be the same when you use propane. Not to mention I am a little afraid of it since my brother had an accident with a propane tank.

I personally prefer a gas grill for the convenience .. but yesterday at my mom's we had to use her good old charcoal grill as she was out of gas .. the steaks were awesome.

Being we are in the midst of summer, a lot of us like to get the grill going. Some have different preferences on what to use to cook. I like to use propane myself. I like the smell of charcoal but when it comes to cooking, I use propane.

Both are good for BBQ grills. I don't have a have to method.

Charcoal. Anything else you're just cooking outdoors.

When I do grill, it's always charcoal.  I like the flavor of the charcoal and my food taste better.

Why not go with both ? That's what my family did this week.

I honestly prefer the charcoal taste and smell but i do tend to like to convince of propane
