This Topic is for those to post what they like to do for fun, what hobbies they like & just what people do in their spare time.
Since I started this topic, allow me to get this party started!
My number one passion is cooking! I was born & raised a southern girl & my heritage is Italian. So the 2 combined has given me a talent for the palet. I love entertaining and cooking/baking for the Holidays.
I also enjoy music, Classic Rock & Metal are my preferances. Movies, Horror buff here.
Camping, fishing, grilling & reading: Stephen King & Ann Rule-True Crime Author.My favorite colors are Black, Burgundy & Hunter Green. I love to play online games and have been a member of Pogo for almost 10 years. And as of a few weeks ago, FC became another Hobby. I absolutely LOVE this site.
I have been married to my High School sweetheart for 17 years. I have no human kids but have lots of furry kids who I adore. I have a black lab named Pearl who was born on Pearl Harbor Day in 2005. 6 cats: Sunny, Baby, Lexi, Leo, Oreo & Smokey Bleu (he's blueish-grey but spelled it Bleu b/c I LOVE Bleu Cheese salad dressing. lol). And I have 6 Koi Fish in a Pond outside. And I adore my job as well which is Veterinarian work!
Ok, think that's about it....don't want to be a piggie with this thread as I could post all day long.
Basically, I just enjoy life in general!

Ok, thought I'd give this a shot -

I am originally from New York, so I enjoy just about everything!  Movies, Plays, Music, Concerts, Food (of course the Food!!!)  I am of Italian descent so, yeah cooking and food are both a big part of my life!!  Family is right up there with that since Family always comes around when the food is cooking!!  lol

I am a real nut for the Holidays, so my time of year is just beginning!!!  My house is looking like Haunted Mansion right now and the Christmas stuff is making its way from the garage to the Living Room!!!  (gotta get all those lights and outdoor ornaments checked!!)  We will start on the outside of the house next week!!  Oh I am sooooo looking forward to that!!!  I wish the feeling of Christmas was all year long!!   

I even bought snow last year to put on the front lawn this year!  Yes, I BOUGHT snow - after all, I'm now living in Tucson, AZ and well, snow in the desert is a very sparse thing!  (and it comes in a BOX  lol)

Well, I could go on and on about how I love the Holidays, but you all would get bored!   

So, let me close with this -

That is so nice. I too am a huge stickler for family. Especially during the Holidays! And yes, you're right. They seem to just pile in like flies when the foods a cookin.
