Our National Bird?

 Our Eagle is a strong bird and I do like that. The American Bald Eagle Official National Bird of our USA, since 1782.
The eagle is an USA symbol for strength and the turkey is for giving-thanks festivities and the chicken is for daily dinner and the dove stands for peace.  Happy International Young Eagles Day! and... Have a gr8 day!

I live on  the Mississippi River 2 miles from the National Eagle Center In Wabasha MN.  I wake up to Eagles sitting in my trees every morning.  Eagle watcher and photo buffs , walk threw my yard , park on my grass , along with walking and not picking up after their dogs.  There are so many eagles where i live, but the watchers are rude and need to respect our yards. If i walked into someones yard in town with a camera and a dog on a leash I'd have a cop showing up.

I saw a bald eagle in Yellowstone national park the other year. I also saw one in VA too.
