Do you write a lot of notes so you can remember what you need to do? At work,
I take a post-it and write notes, if i have to go somewhere, make a call on break or
Whatever. It helps.

I use software that puts "Sticky Notes" on my screen. I have one that is 42 inches, so there is lots of room.

I do use notes. I also use Siri on my iPhone. She is very good at reminding me of things.

No, I don't write notes usually, but only when I have an upcoming function, such as a holiday dinner or a party.  Then I make lists of what to buy, the menu, who is coming, etc.

I put a sticky note on the dash of my brother's pickup when we went hiking today that said "asparagus" so I'd remember to give him a bag when we got back.  We forgot about the asparagus and the note.  Later in the day, he saw the note and drove back to my house and forgot why he came over.  Finally the braincells meshed and he got his asparagus.

I like to write notes on a dry erase board when I need to do something. I like using the app on my phone for ideas and names of products I want to research more. Post it notes are for giving notes to others, labels or log in information.

I have a calendar next to my computer. I keep track of everything there, with tons of notes on top of it, and it looks like chaos.

However, it actually saves me from chaos, and I have great satisfaction as each note gets torn and discarded.

YES.    I do write a ton of notes.  I use post it notes frequently & post them around my work computers.
I have a pad of paper so my fam can write items for shopping... that's a list I know, but it is on a note pad.

I too absolutely do have to write a lot of notes to myself to remember everything. I usually write the notes on my daily calendar that hangs up on a wall in my computer room but I also always have a pad of Post-it notes handy to write stuff to remember doing on.
